A 1/2 deposit is needed to hold a spot in the class and the remainder will be automatically applied to

this same card unless othewise instructed five business days prior to the start of class.

Cancellation and refund policy: Please enter at 2531 Boardwalk at 8:45am first day of class. Class times are 9-5pm.

Balance Due-One week prior to the start of class.

Cancellation Policy- Deposits less a $50 cancellation fee will be refunded for cancellations with at least 1 week confirmed fax or email notice. Cancellation fee will be waived if forwarding immediately to another class. Transfers allowed one time only. No refunds will be given for cancellations with less than 1 week notice.

If less than 1 week notice, deposit is forfeited if not immediately applied to another workshop.

Class prices are subject to change. Once registration is complete, all policies are applicable immediately.

All cancellations must be faxed to (210) 212-6183, or e-mailed to info@viginistudios.com. There is a $40 fee for any returned check! Credits must be used within a year's time or will be forfeited. Refunds of all types will be given within 15 business days. Vigini Studios, Inc. reserves the right to cancel workshops due to low enrollment; students have the option of transferring their deposit to another scheduled class or requesting a full deposit refund.

Vigini Studios, Inc. is not responsible for travel expense refunds due to cancellation of classes.

Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt. Damaged stencils may be returned for a full refund within 15 days. All other returns of unopened stencils are subject to a 15% restocking and processing charge. Opened stencils will be subject to an additional 10% repacking charge.

Shipping charges are not refundable, except in the case of damaged merchandise.

Please call 1-877-977-3289 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number. All returns must be clearly marked with the RMA Number and returned in their original packaging within 7 business days of receiving your Return Merchandise Authorization number. Returns of any kind without a RMA number and not received within 7 business days will not be accepted! Credit/refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving merchandise.

All continental U.S. orders are shipping via UPS Residential Ground Service. Although we do our best to ensure your items arrive when we say they will, we cannot guarantee UPS delivery schedules and times. UPS is a third party shipping service.

For the same reasons stated above, Vigini Studios, Inc. is not responsible for any inconvenience or monetary loss caused by late deliveries.

All orders are shipped within two business day except weekend orders which generally ship on Mondays. Depending upon your location, you should receive your order within one week from the time it was processed. If you have placed a weekend order, you will receive an email acknowledgement on Monday morning.

Express shipments are available. However, to ensure that your order ships the same day, the order must be verified by 1pm CST to qualify for same day shipment! We recommend that you call us to confirm your expedited order and approve shipping charges. 1-877-977-3289

When you place an order, we will calculate the shipping charges based on the weight of the package and e-mail the information to you for your approval prior to processing the order.
