POLICY
Class Registration Policy
A registration form is
required with signature to enroll in a workshop. Early registration is
recommended. Please call the studio for availability. Deposit is half of
full tuition and is due upon registration. Remainder is due
one week prior
to the start of the class. For 1 day classes, full payment is required.

Cancellations
Within 2 Weeks
Cancellations must be faxed in to
210-212-6183 or emailed not less than 2 weeks of the start of the class. For
cancellations within 2 weeks of the start of class, your deposit can be
transferred to another scheduled workshop, your VS
account can be credited for merchandise only, or your deposit can be
refunded minus a $50 cancellation fee, per class. Transfers are
allowed only one time due to the popularity of our workshops and a transfer fee
of $20 does apply. Please inform us which method you prefer. Once registration is complete, transfer
or refund fees are applicable.
Less than 2 Weeks
For cancellations received less than 2 weeks
prior to the workshop, the deposit is forfeited if not immediately
transferred to another scheduled class. Merchandise credit does not
apply. Transfers are allowed only one time due to the popularity of
our workshops and a transfer fee of $20 does apply. Once a workshop has
started, no refunds will be given and Vigini Studios reserves the right to
alter the class curriculum. Cancellations must be faxed in to
210-212-6183 within 2 weeks of the workshop or emailed to our offices.
Vigini Studios is not responsible for the loss of airfare, hotel or car
rental fees.
Italy Registration Policy and
Cancellations
$5400 for students
A registration form is required with
signature to enroll in the Italy workshop. A deposit of $2,700.00 is
due upon registration to secure a spot in the Italy workshop. THIS
FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE. Airfare is not included. Balance in full is due
Monday, May 22, 2006, no exceptions. Family members and friends
are not included in this fee and will be charged at a daily rate if
visiting. Please note that no student
will be allowed to join the program until full payment is made
regardless of arrival in Italy. Cancellations must be faxed to (210)
212-6183 or emailed to
info@viginistudios.com Once the Italy class has started, no
refunds will be given.
Students
will be required to give the hotel and Vigini Students a Visa or Master
Card credit card to pay for mini-bar, telephone or any extras.
Sharing of these fees will be the responsibility of roommates in Italy
and not Vigini Studios. Any extra fees not taken care of will be
billed and charged to your credit card.
All brushes must be purchased prior to
arrival in Italy through Vigini Studios or Pierre Finkelstein. A
tube is required to bring your artwork back to the US and may be
purchased through Vigini Studios.
